Toy designer..?

(Not quite sure where this would fit, so I picked this subforum.)

I want to become a toy designer. Not the kind where I have to come up with the concept, design it, make prototypes and then try to market it to people... But I want to be part of a company, working in part of the design team for toys.
I have no idea how to get into this business, as there seem to be very few companies that do this in my country.
Any ideas?
